Wojciech Federczyk is the director and Chief Executive of the Lech Kaczynski National School of Public Administration, Assistant Professor of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, Faculty of Law and Administration, Department of Administrative Science and Environmental Protection. 1. What motivated you to apply for the grant?
The institution's strong reputation for research and education, combined with positive feedback from previous participants, made this an ideal opportunity to implement my innovative concept. Establishing a university tailored to the needs of public administration is both a compelling challenge and a strategic priority.

2. What are your expectations for the programme?
At LUPS, I plan to share the results of my research on public servants' education and professional development. I also aim to actively collaborate with students and academic peers to exchange insights and explore new approaches to addressing key challenges in this field.

3. What role does this grant play in your professional career?
This grant enables valuable collaboration with experts from Hungary and the Central European region, fostering professional connections and laying the groundwork for future partnerships.
