What made you apply for the grant?
As you know, I teach Public Administration at the University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Political Science and it is very rare to find an academic institution that covers public administration only, such as yours.
Also, my colleague here at the University of Banja Luka has shared with me her positive experience with your Program.
Finally, the Republika Srpska and Hungary have in recent times had an excellent relationship in many an area.
What do you expect from the program?
I find this Program to be an excellent opportunity for me to exchange experiences with my peers from Hungary and get a chance to see what your perception and ideas are about public administration, given that Hungary is a Member State of the EU.
I also expect a return visit by Ludovika University and my Faculty of Political Science and the University of Banja Luka.
What role does this grant play in your professional career?
Hopefully, this visit will give me an opportunity to learn from you, too, and possibly use the lessons learned in my career.
As any academic and professional exchange, it will also play a role in my professional advancement from an Associate Professor to a Full Professor.
