What made you apply for the grant?
The fact that the grant was advertised and distributed through the Embassy of Hungary to Bosnia and Herzegovina made me look into it more attentively. After the closer look, I realised that the University of Public Service is number one Governmental University in Hungary with a model that is probably one of a kind not only in the country, but also in the region and Europe.
What do you expect from the program?
My overall expectations from for this program are twofold. At the more general level, I hope that this program could pave the way for a more concrete cooperation between the University of Public Service and the University of Banja Luka, which could lead to further internationalisation of both Universities. This program could also help explore possibilities of organizing joint programmes, conferences, summer schools, workshops etc. and contribute to academic and scientific networking. At the more personal level, this program would help me improve teaching experience in the international context and contribute to intercultural exchange of ideas between myself, students and academic staff of the University of Public Service.
What role does this grant play in your professional career?
It will help me expand my academic network as well as improve my teaching experience in international context.
