Prof Dr Kristian Turkalj is the Dean of Faculty of Law, Croatian Catholic University, Former State Secretary of Ministry of Justice (2017-20), Former Diplomat, Member of the Croatian Negotiation Team for EU accession. His expertise lies in reinforcement of the rule of law and administration of justice, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the reforms of the judicial system, EU institutional and legal framework, EU enlargement policy.
