In the framework of the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership Program in Higher Education, Ludovika University of Public Service (LUPS) leads the 2021-2024 „HYBRID PROJECT: Interdisciplinary Education and Training on Hybrid Warfare (Project ID: 2021-1-HU01-KA220-HED-000032179)” international consortium. The European Union supports the consortium composed of Israeli, Italian, Romanian, Scottish, and Slovakian partners with 369.950 Euros.
In accordance with the activities of the consortium and within the framework of the Ludovika Scholars Program, Lieutenant-Colonel Dr. Paul Tudorache, professor of the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy in Sibiu and Romanian coordinator of the Hybrid Project delivered a workshop and a public lecture in the Hunyadi János room.
Whereas the title of the workshop was Designing adversary's hybrid COAs, the title of the public lecture was Strategies to counter hybrid threats. Both the workshop and the public lecture were well attanded by military and civilian students who enrolled in the masters program of LUPS.
The workshop and the public lecture delivered by professor Tudorache both served the internationalisation of LUPS, and the intent of the consortium to conduct international educational, as well as multiplier events.
